The Integra SSAXT flange isolation gasket kit was developed to meet the needs of our customers for a high temperature, cathodic protection gasket in severe service applications. The SSAXT combines the reliability of a Kamm-profile retainer with the temperature capabilities of a highly dielectric mineral seal. This gasket is suitable for use in all services up to and including ANSI 2500# and API 10,000# classes. Isolation Kits are available which include high temperature washers and sleeves.

The Patent Pending SSAID Gasket Kit provides a reliable PTFE seal at the flange bore. PTFE is well known for having excellent chemical resistance. By placing this seal at the bore, it enables the gasket retainer material to be impervious to the most aggressive media within the pipe. This extends the range of applications for the standard 316SS core, G10 and G11 laminates in aggressive environments, and eliminates the use of exotic core materials in the retainer, saving time and money.

The APS Integra II SSA® (Severe Service Application Stainless/Steel) Gasket is an exceptionally dependable gasket used for both insulating and general sealing purposes in Severe Service Applications. This gasket has been developed as an inimitable and effective seal for sealing flanges in which the opportunity for leakage must be held at zero allowance. The Integra II SSA® Gasket is suitable in all services up to and including ANSI 2500# and API 10,000# classes. The Integra II SSA® Gasket was exclusively designed for severe isolating service in harsh environmental applications especially where hydrocarbons are a factor.

The Integra SSA® Cathodic Isolation Gasket is manufactured from proprietary G-FORCE 2000®, a special glass epoxy material with an impressively high compression strength; these materials are proprietary materials produced only for Advance Products & Systems.

APS TROJAN G-10 GASKETS with EPDM Seals
Trojan gaskets are state-of-the-art in near zero leakage static sealing. The elastomer sealing element is encapsulated in the electrically isolating retainer. The encapsulation of the sealing element permits only micro-exposure of the seal to potable water flow.
