APS Casing Spacers center water and sewer pipes in casings with ease of installation, are virtually corrosion proof and provide insulating protection from a possible electrical shorting between the carrier pipe and casing. No special tools are needed, no grease is used, and they are easily bolted on by a single worker. APS Casing Spacers eliminate the need to fill the casing annulus with sand which is extremely labor intensive. Sand in the annulus also acts as an electrolyte thereby introducing unwanted current to the steel or ductile iron. Eliminating the annular fill allows for easy removal to repair or replace damaged pipes. With no need for this fill, APS Casing Spacers are your answer to lower installation costs with continued access for maintenance.

INNERLYNX form a mechanical seal between pipes going through walls, floors, vaults, tanks and pipeline casings. Besides being designed to form a hydrostatic seal of up to 40 PSIG and up to 92.28 ft. of head pressure, INNERLYNX help absorb vibrations, shocks, and sound waves. Being non-conductive, INNERLYNX electrically isolate the inner carrier pipe from the penetrated structure. With this being a desired property in many applications in preventing a shorting effect from stray currents, it is particularly useful in sealing the gap between electrical conduit and the outer conduit or between electrical conduit and the opening. INNERLYNX can be installed easily and quickly by one worker with no special tools required.

The Patent Pending Integra II SSAFS isolation gasket was created to meet the demands of our customers for a non-metallic isolating gasket that could also withstand the damaging effects of a fire. The SSAFS was built upon the proven quality and durability of the INTEGRA II SSA gasket to ensure the most dependable sealing capability; even through the severe API 6FB test. This gasket is suitable for use in all services up to and including ANSI 2500# and API 10,000# classes. Isolation Kits are available, which include the Fire Safe gasket along with hardened-steel isolation washers coated with our unique and highly durable, proprietary coating.

IsoJoint is a true monolithic isolating joint. The most up-to-date, patented joint on the market,  IsoJoint does not depend on the use of isolating sleeves and washers for bolts nor isolating gaskets or O-rings between flanges. Why? These isolating gasket kits require a critical, even surface and proper placement of a sealing element to provide regular and variable crushing and must be maintained over the life of the isolator. External pressure causing an uneven load on the flange area can result in loss of isolating properties as well as the transported fluid.

Safety Spray Shields are used to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment in the event of a leak or spray-out of acids, caustics, chlorine, and other dangerous liquids at piping connections (such as flanges, valves, or expansion joints) found in chemical, pulp/paper, petrochemical and wastewater treatment plants.
